Leche Flan or caramel custard is a dessert that is always present in many Filipino dinner tables especially during special occassions. Leche Flan is a Spanish legacy to the Philippines . It's very similar to the Creme Caramel except that we generally use canned milk rather than fresh. When you order halo-halo it is topped with leche flan and ice cream. Yummy!
