Another preparation for fish meat is fish sausage which provides protein at cheaper cost. It maybe made from fishes that are meaty and with less bones like tuna and blue marlin. To prepare, we cut the head and remove the skin. Then we separate the flesh from the bone before chopping or grinding. Then add the seasonings such as salt, starch, monosodium glutamate, sugar and spices like chopped garlic and pepper. Then insert the mixture in a synthetic casing like rubber hydrochloride. Seal both ends of the casing with cotton strings. This food is a recommended diet for those who are hypertensive.
