To know about Cataracts

Cataracts are created when proteins in the eye’s lens begin to clump together, forming a milky cloud that obscure vision. Research finds that substance in kale, spinach and other green vegetables help protect eye from cataracts. Research again suggest that people who eat a lot of fruits and vegetables seems to have a lower risk of cataracts. They found out that our human eye cells treated with antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin showed less damage after being exposed to ultraviolet rays, which are considered a major contibutor to cataracts. So everybody take care our eye’s to cataracts, eat more fruits and vegetables.
