It is a favorite and common alcoholic drink of Filipinos. Have you tried tasting tuba? I once tried it in our province and it is so sweet. Even with its sweet taste it has the same effect like the other hard drinks. Hik! Hik! After two weeks it will sour and turn into vinegar.
