Sinigang na Baboy

Sinigang na baboy is another delicacy in the Philippines. The spare ribs can be used. Cut the spare ribs into desired sizes. Have water enough to make it tender. Then add tomatoes and onions with leaves. Sliced potatoes can be added. For the vegetables, we can have “pechay” or cabbage. Put salt and a little of monosodium glutamate to taste.
