It had been suggested that mobile phone subscribers should make their text messaging free service for subscribers. Only voice calls should be charged. I agree with the recommendation for this means of communication had become a necessity even among poor Filipino families. With the soaring prices of commodities giving free text to users might ease their burden. Hurrah, if this will push thru.
