Keeping Food Safe

While most of us are interested in how various food taste, we often give little attention to making foods safe. Food borne illnesses are becoming increasingly important, especially in countries where more people are eating meals away from home. Often food poisoning is simply shrugged off as “flu” or indigestion.” If the real facts were known, it would probably be amazed that more people are now seriously affected from carelessness in handling food.
