Tender low-cal cheese

2 cups water
½ cup stewed tomatoes
½ cup white flour
¼ cup yeast flakes
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon nuts or seeds
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoon salt

Blend smooth all but 1 ½ cups of water. Empty into saucepan. Rinse blender with remaining water. Add to sauce pan. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring, serve warm over vegetables, beans, hay stacks, potatoes, chill for spread on crackers, bread or filling for celery sticks. 11 calories/tablespoon.
