Caring for Your Nails

We often have problems with our nails when they split, break and pill. The only solution is to eat foods that are rich in Biotin (a vitamin B complex) like peanuts, cashew nuts, eggs, soybeans, sweet potatoes and vegetable like carrots. This was proven by researches made 20 years ago when they experimented on the hooves of horses which are made of keratin like our nails.
