One of the healthy foods which serve as antioxidants is the peanut. Researches show that we get more antioxidants from peanuts if we buy them in their shells and boil them. It was found out that when peanuts are boiled with their shells, more disease-fighting photochemical are concentrated than that in the raw, roasted or oiled peanuts.
