Cheese the Season

Forty million average-sized persons made out of cheese—this has been the equivalent of cheese production every single year for the past ten years. And Christmas is especially a time of year when cheese is consumed in great quantities worldwide—in every way, flavor and form. Just like in the Philippines, it is only during Christmas season when Keso de Bola are produced and made available in the market. And every dining table during Noche Buena would be incomplete without Keso de Bola.
