When I had my vacation last month in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines I would usually go to Cogon Market once a week to buy fresh vegetables. I noticed then that there was an area in Cogon Market that was mostly occupied by I think Taiwanese businessman. They sell general merchandise made from China or Taiwan. They also provide wholesale to customers who want to buy in large quantity.
