Goji berries

Goji Berry or Wolfberry belong to the nightshade family. These berries grow on an evergreen shrub found in the subtropical regions in China, Mongolia and the Himalayas in Tibet. Since ancient times, goji berries have been used to promote longevity, protect the liver, improve circulation, boost immune function, improve eyesight, strengthen the legs and improve sexual function and fertility.
For some years now, goji berries have become popular and made into a juice. The health beverage has a mild tangy taste that is slightly sweet and sour. In the old times, goji berries are eaten raw or brewed into a tea.
