How to keep your hair healthy

People would always want their hair to look great which is the reason we always go to a salon to style and cut our hair. You might as well think about your frequent trips to your salon. Blow drying tend to make your hair dry and frizzy and having those harsh chemicals brittles your hair and you might get an excessive hair fall problem.

For girls, our hair is our crowning glory, so we should always keep it healthy by having a balance diet and sleep to promote growth, eat more vegetables and fruit and proteins rich food. Shampoo your hair once a day, shampoos can lead to hair fall if frequently used. Moisturize your hair to keep it shiny. Do not let under the sun for too long or better yet use sunscreen products. And lastly massage your scalp to stimulate circulation and remove dead skin.
